This is a youthful interpretation of the winery's most complex red wines. It is made primarily from the Petit Verdot variety, which has been cultivated at Jean Leon since 2006 and has a great capacity to adapt to climate change. It is combined with a small percentage of Merlot.

The number 3055 represents Jean Leon's taxi driver's licence in New York, and reveals the man behind the legend, the humble origins of an idealist who achieved his dream of founding the most famous restaurant in Hollywood and creating a wine bearing his name.
