CB-19, or, in other words, Chenin Blanc 2019. This is the fifth wine in the collection of limited-edition single-variety wines, made from a very delicate white variety that’s relatively rare in Catalonia, making it one of the few 100% Chenin Blancs made in the whole of Spain. he wine is certified organic and, like the other experimental wines, production is very limited: There are only 3,164 bottles for this edition in particular.

Malvasia de Sitges is a historical variety from southern Greece (Monemvasia, which means Malvasia), which reached the Garraf in the early 14th century thanks to an almogàver [a medieval professional soldier] fighting under Roger de Flor. Sitges was added to its name, thus forging a connection to the town and becoming a valuable and unique part of its heritage. The new MS-18, made 100% from the indigenous Malvasia de Sitges variety, is our tribute to Penedès, the region that gave Jean Leon the chance to make exceptional wines with a unique personality and identity. MS-18, a limited edition of only 2,481 bottles.

This single-variety wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, and then aged in the bottle to provide a well-rounded final bouquet. This is a limited production wine, with 2,018 bottles carefully labeled and sealed by hand. CF-15 is an homage to the avant-garde spirit of Jean Leon and his deep admiration for and knowledge of French varieties.
