We will tour one of our cellar's unique vineyards and conduct a workshop to deeply understand this flora.

Regenerative Viticulture + Local Brunch at Jean Leon

Regenerative viticulture focuses on restoring life to the soils by imitating nature. The livelier the soils, the greater their capacity to capture atmospheric CO2 and the more they can contribute to slowing the rise in temperatures.

This experience will allow you to discover first-hand the regenerative viticulture techniques we are applying at Jean Leon and how different adventitious plants can act as bioindicators of soil quality.

We will tour one of our cellar's unique vineyards and conduct a workshop to deeply understand this flora.

To finish, you will enjoy a local brunch accompanied by a tasting of Jean Leon wines.
