Berliner Wine Trophy 2022

Since its sponsorship in 2004, the Berlin Wine Trophy has become Germany's most influential wine competition and the world's largest international wine award. Under the patronage of the OIV and the UIOE. Every year the BWT brings together well-known producers and distributors from all over the world. The number of samples submitted is constantly growing, with more than 14,000 entries per year (counting the winter and summer editions).

In addition, Berliner Wine Trophy has chosen us as the best organic producer in Spain.

This is a very important recognition for us. Recognizing the effort we have been making for years to contribute to preserving the planet and making sustainable wines is an impulse to continue working in this line with the same passion as we have done so far.

Vinya Gigi Chardonnay 2019 and 3055 Chardonnay 2021 have been awarded silver medals in Chardonnay du Monde 2022

It brings together the best Chardonnays in the world. The ambition of this international competition limited to wines made from the Chardonnay variety is to select the best wines on the basis of their intrinsic quality.

Challenge International du Vin

The oldest International Wine and Spirit Competition organised in France.

The Challenge International du Vin is organised in the form of a blind tasting and is open to all wines and spirits of vinous origin in the world (bulk and bottled), regardless of vintage.

This competition, organised in France and a pioneer of international competitions, is considered one of the most prestigious in the world. The producers and tasters who take part value its rigour and know-how.

Its special feature is that each jury of tasters is made up of four members: a technician, a producer, a distributor and an expert consumer. In this way, the awarded wines and spirits are an expression of the consumer's taste.

All these awards are the result of great teamwork throughout the year, to produce high quality wines that continue to be the stars of your tables. Would you like to open a Jean Leon and celebrate?
