B-Lounge: famous for its brunch, but that’s not all



The restaurant recommendations are back with a suggestion that’s bound to get people talking. Today, we’re presenting the dining options from Barcelona’s Hotel Barceló Raval. Known as the B-Lounge, the name itself already gives you a clue about the kind of restaurant we’re dealing with: A modern, cosmopolitan concept where you can have a good time on any day and at any time of the week.

The B-Lounge is on the first floor of the hotel and features a striking contemporary look that’s the work of interior designer Jordi Galí. It’s a space with a modern ambiance and sophisticated touches, where the culinary highlights include the range of tapas and fusion cuisine. In addition to a good wine list, B-Lounge also offers a wide array of cocktails, providing an excellent range of choice for anyone wanting to round off their dinner with a nice drink accompanied by some good background music. To really make the experience, just head up to the 360° terrace on the 11th floor of the hotel to enjoy some amazing views of Barcelona. What more could you ask for?

Let’s get to the most important part now: What kind of dishes are on offer? A little of everything! To give you an idea, there’s Raval-style patatas bravas, warm mozzarella salad with tomato, young garlic, and arugula... Other menu standouts include the squid and vegetable tempura, homemade carrot and cheddar croquettes, Galician-style octopus, or, for meat lovers, beef sirloin with potatoes and Ibarra chili peppers.

A trending brunch in Barcelona

The wide range of cuisine can be enjoyed at lunchtime from Monday to Saturday between 12 pm and 4 pm, and for dinner or a snack between 7 pm and 11 pm. Sundays are reserved for brunch. And it’s not just any brunch; it’s one of the best available in the Catalan capital, always lived up with tunes from a live DJ.
