Every journey begins with a decision. And Jean Leon’s started in Santander, his birthplace. It was here that his nonconformist spirit was born — the very spirit that would lead him to leave everything behind in search of a different future.
The first stop in this experience takes us to northern Spain, with a tapa inspired by the flavors of the Cantabrian Sea.
