Familia Torres and Jean Leon celebrate Biosphere Certification<\/b><\/p>\n

Last February 21st, at the Maria Rosa Juncosa Municipal Auditorium in Vilafranca del Pened\u00e8s, Jean Leon together with the Familia Torres received the prestigious Biosphere 2023 certification from the Commitment to Sustainable Tourism program.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Biosphere recognition is a <\/span>tangible commitment<\/b> to business practices that respect the environment, local culture and contribute to sustainable social and economic development. For this reason, it is a testimony of our commitment to lead the way towards a more <\/span>responsible and conscious tourism model<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the event, as part of the Commitment to Sustainable Tourism program, the Integrated Action Plan 2024 of the Consorci de Promoci\u00f3 Tur\u00edstica del Pened\u00e8s was also presented, which has become a platform for highlighting efforts towards <\/span>sustainability in the region.<\/b><\/p>\n

During the event, the strategic <\/span>importance of sustainable tourism<\/b> was highlighted and key projects such as the Plan de Sostenibilitat Tur\u00edstica en Destinaci\u00f3 a l’Alt Pened\u00e8s, Pened\u00e8s Ciclable, led by the Consell Comarcal de l’Alt Pened\u00e8s, were presented.
