Cal\u00e7otada among the vineyards<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Winter marks the beginning of the season in the vineyards of the Pened\u00e8s. With the pruning, often the leftover wood from the vines is used to make a cal\u00e7otada.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a visit to a winery, there is no better plan than going to enjoy a meal with your friends and family to taste this traditional seasonal product and <strong>make a cal\u00e7otada in the vineyards<\/strong>. In <a href=\"https:\/\/tickets.torres.es\/es\/588-visitas-y-maridajes\/4568-calcotada-entre-vinedos\/info\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mas Rabell<\/a> you can enjoy some of the most typical dishes of the area, located in an incomparable environment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-53081\" src=\"https:\/\/jeanleon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Proyecto-nuevo-34-copia-3-850x539.jpg\" alt=\"Vinseum\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 -Vinseum<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is the <strong>Catalan Wine Heritage Museum<\/strong> (Vinseum), located in Vilafranca del Pened\u00e8s, a space designed for visitors to live and experience the culture of wine and everything that surrounds it.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Currently, the museum&#8217;s permanent exhibition is closed. While working on the assembly of the new exhibition, which will open in spring, they have a temporary exhibition &#8220;Alcem la copa!&#8221;. Which is a sample of the content that will be seen in the coming months. Admission to this exhibition is free.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the VINSEUM museum you can discover the character of a territory, the Pened\u00e8s, which for centuries has focused its activity on viticulture.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-53085\" src=\"https:\/\/jeanleon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Proyecto-nuevo-35-850x539.jpg\" alt=\"Xat\u00f3 Route\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4 &#8211; Xat\u00f3 Route<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the most traditional dishes of the area is the Xat\u00f3 salad. It is a sauce made from toasted almonds and hazelnuts, breadcrumbs with vinegar, garlic, oil, salt and the \u00f1ora pepper as a characteristic ingredient. This sauce accompanies an endive salad with anchovies, tuna and cod. Throughout the Pened\u00e8s there are 5 different versions of this dish.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At <a href=\"https:\/\/www.posada-piques.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">La Posada Restaurant<\/a>, sixteen minutes from the winery, you can <strong>enjoy many traditional dishes <\/strong>of the area such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bonviveur.es\/recetas\/ensalada-xato\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Xat\u00f3<\/a>, as well as Jean Leon wines.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-53089\" src=\"https:\/\/jeanleon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Proyecto-nuevo-34-copia-2-850x539.jpg\" alt=\"Cava Jazz \" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5 &#8211; XXIV Cava Jazz Season\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From January 21st to May 13th the XXIV Cava Jazz Cycle will be held at Font &#8211; Rub\u00ed. This year we have made a selection of the most relevant groups of jazz music that combines various formations and styles.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>January 21 &#8211; EMAP Jazzband and La Harpo&#8217;s Band<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>February 25 &#8211; Fredi&#8217;s Redi&#8217;s jazz Band<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>March 25th &#8211; Wax &amp; Boogie Quartet<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>April 22nd &#8211; Los Krokodillos<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>May 13th &#8211; Dani Nel-lo + organ Trio<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All performances will be at 11 pm. The proposal for this visit is to know the process of refining the cheeses, the facilities and finish with a tasting of 5 wines accompanied by a table of 20 types of cheeses.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a small summary of the many plans that you can do this winter in the Pened\u00e8s.
