We all like to travel and see new places, but in the latest years, interest in new forms of tourism has increased<\/strong>. In addition, as a result of the paradigm shift imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic, we are opting for a more local and rural tourism where we seek to live experiences from within the visited destination.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Wine has become the protagonist, since wine tourism getaways<\/strong> are one of the most popular options for those looking to escape from the city for a few days.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u00bfWhat is enotourism?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Enotourism<\/a> or enological tourism consists of making the wine world known from the inside<\/strong>: wineries, vineyards, production processes, history … In addition, it is also closely related to gastronomic tourism and cultural tourism<\/strong> linked to the wine industry.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Thus, wine tourism arises from the combination of rural tourism, culture, gastronomy, and wine as the main protagonist<\/strong>. The culture of wine, its architecture or its landscape are some of the elements that stand out in this type of trip.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

What enotourism activities does Jean Leon offer?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

For us, enotourism<\/a> is one of the pillars of our winery, with the aim of making our region and our culture known through our wines. We offer you a wide variety of activities that adapt to all tastes and moments.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Our Visitor Center<\/a>, opened in 2002, is inspired by the Californian style of the 50s as a tribute to the years that Jean Leon lived in Hollywood, so it is a bright and totally open space, integrated in the nature of the vineyards .<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

For our visitors can fully immerse themselves in the exciting process of making our wines, in our Visitor Center you can visit our winery, stroll through the vineyards and finish the visit by tasting our wines.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Walking tour of the vineyard<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Discover the essence of Jean Leon wines<\/a> by visiting the vineyards from their origin<\/strong>. You can do it on foot, by bicycle, electric scooter or segway. In addition, we also propose you to live an exceptional experience enjoying our vineyards from the top of a hot air balloon.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Commented testing<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

All our experiences have a Jean Leon wine tasting<\/strong>, which will allow you to know first-hand all its characteristics and learn about its production process, from the hand of our sommeliers.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In addition, all experiences can be accompanied by a type of appetizer of your choice.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

You can come to our farm, enjoy our majestic vineyards in a farm that extends along 150 hectares in the Pened\u00e9s and then, relax and feel the tranquility of the landscape tasting our wines accompanied by an appetizer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

We also have prepared for you several gastronomic proposals<\/strong> with a selection of the best products of our land. Our chefs transform local ingredients with care and delicacy into exquisite dishes. A whole multisensory experience!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

We propose you to be able to enjoy different gastronomic experiences:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

– Good weather allows us to do outdoor activities. For this reason, we are committed to organizing more informal cocktails <\/strong>that can be done standing up if you want, to enjoy our facilities and the fantastic landscape that surrounds us even more.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

– On the other hand, if you prefer a calmer plan, seated and unhurried, the menus made with local products by renowned chefs<\/strong> in the area are always a good option.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
