We also talked to you about the <em>#RealFooding<\/em> trend, a movement that its founder Carlos R\u00edos defined as \u201c<em>a lifestyle based on eating real food and avoiding ultra-processed foods<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-48038\" src=\"https:\/\/jeanleon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Zero_waste_interior.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, we\u2019d like to tell you about another trend that\u2019s becoming very popular with people who are environmentally aware. We\u2019re talking about zero waste. Two words that define the movement in themselves and that, in short, imply that you can live and cook with less waste. It\u2019s definitely a lifestyle. Think it\u2019s impossible? Well, if so many people are already managing to do it, then there\u2019s your answer. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To find out how it\u2019s done, we\u2019re going to share some tips suggested by one of the main ambassadors of this philosophy of life. Her name is Anne Marie Bonneau, creator of the blog <a href=\"https:\/\/zerowastechef.com\/\">Zero Waste Chef<\/a>, where she shares her adventures and tricks to avoid creating waste in the kitchen. This way, she not only pollutes less, but she also makes sure to eat more naturally and healthily.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-48034\" src=\"https:\/\/jeanleon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/zero_waste_interior2.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For those of you who\u2019d like to give this a try, we\u2019ve chosen five of <strong>Anne Marie Bonneau\u2019s recommendations<\/strong> for generating less waste in the kitchen. Here\u2019s a summary:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. <strong>Stop eating processed foods<\/strong>, because the vast majority of plastic and waste comes from the packaging.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. <strong>Avoid bottled drinks<\/strong>, that way you don\u2019t have to worry about getting rid of the bottle.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. <strong>Say no to single-use plastic<\/strong> such as shopping bags, straws, and coffee stirrers.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. <strong>Use large cloth bags <\/strong>for shopping and smaller ones for fruit and vegetables.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. <strong>Buy in bulk<\/strong> to consume less.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What do you think?
