\r\nT\u00e0pies at 30<\/em><\/strong> at Fundaci\u00f3 T\u00e0pies<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThis is one of the most active art foundations in the city and a visit to its exhibitions is always worthwhile. As part of its 30th anniversary celebration, the foundation is looking back at the decade between 1953 and 1963. The artist Antoni T\u00e0pies was in his thirties then and really coming into his own with his first exhibitions and early accolades.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
The exhibition is showing pieces from the family’s own collection, along with works on loan from other museums and private collections. The selection features artworks from this particular chapter in T\u00e0pies’s life which are not well known to the general public.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
