Having to\nstay home is the perfect opportunity to expand your musical horizons, get stuck\ninto a book, or start a new series. Some even consider it the visual bible of wines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mundiprensa.com\/catalogo\/9788471149466\/manual-de-viticultura\"><strong>Manuel de viticulture<\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This\nbook by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.todostuslibros.com\/autor\/reynier-alain\"><strong>Alain\nReyner<\/strong>, <\/a>an agricultural engineer,\nenologist, and lecturer in the Faculty of Enology at Bordeaux, is essential for\nanyone who wants to delve deeper into the world of <strong>wine growing and enology<\/strong>.\nAvailable in French or Spanish, it\u2019s a must-read for any enology and\nviticulture student who wants a comprehensive insight into the world of wine,\nfrom soils, to cultural practices, to vineyard treatments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/jeanleon.com\/la-fuerza-de-un-destino-es-una-historia-que-te-hara-sonar-tocando-con-los-pies-en-el-suelo\/\"><strong>La fuerza de un destino<\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This choice is a little different than the other<strong> books on wine<\/strong> that&nbsp;we\u2019ve chosen, but we think it also deserves a spot on our list. This novel by <a href=\"https:\/\/jeanleon.com\/de-vino-y-letras\/\"><strong>Mart\u00ed Gironell<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;tells the story of our founder, Jean Leon. This 30-mile long Californian is home to over 300 wine producers and has become a mecca for wine lovers, not only thanks to the quality of its products, but also because it\u2019s managed to strike the perfect balance between gastronomy, wine, and tourism. Decanted is an essential documentary for anyone passionate about good wine and good food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.netflix.com\/title\/70273636\"><strong>Somm<\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/cw0PR3zm4z8\" width=\"100%\" height=\"415\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is an exciting documentary that takes a look at the lives of four sommeliers who decide to embark on the course to become Master Sommeliers, including the next-to-impossible exam. The knowledge, details, and technique of the candidates are bound to amaze you. Available on Amazon Prime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.netflix.com\/es-en\/title\/80029708\"><strong>Sour Grapes<\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/hPUYuwSRwB8\" width=\"100%\" height=\"415\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This documentary delves into the world\nof fine-wine fraud through the story of Rudy Kurniawan, one of the wine world\u2019s\nmost famous con men. Kurniawan counterfeited some of the world\u2019s most expensive\nwines in his home, getting away with it for many years before being found out by\nan estate proprietor from Burgundy. While the story seems far-fetched, it\u2019s\ntotally true and worth discovering. Available on Netflix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.millennialsandwine.com\/\"><strong>The Wine Van<\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/SSwiK4tVaok\" width=\"100%\" height=\"415\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amazon Prime Video in the US and UK\nhave premiered <em>The Wine Van<\/em>, a series that was made to put millennials\nin touch with the world of wine. Ian Chapman is the star who, in the first\nseries, heads out to visit wineries from several Spanish designations of origin,\nincluding Ribera del Duero, Rueda, Toro, Bierzo, and Tierra de Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The episodes last around eight minutes and are filmed fully in English, and the majority include very basic questions that aim to provide details about aspects such as the harvest or different grape varieties. It\u2019s a really good option for those who are just getting started in the wine world.
