For those who don&#8217;t know it yet, it is a gastronomic space where you can taste top quality products and pair them with all the wines in our range in a comfortable, warm and highly functional environment. In addition, it can also be accessed via a gondola, so you can go try it out without having to put your skis on!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-50313\" src=\"https:\/\/jeanleon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Nuevo-proyecto-1-1-850x540.jpg\" alt=\"Wine&amp;Meat Bar by Jean Leon\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gastronomic spaces<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the Wine &amp; Meat Bar by Jean Leon you can visit three gastronomic spaces. On the one hand, <strong>El Colmado<\/strong>, specialized in cuts and plating at the moment and in which you can taste from a wide range of premium sausages with brands such as Joselito to canned and quality products from the hand of La Catedral de Navarra, Espinaler or Don Bocarte or cheeses from the &#8216;Meilleur ouvrier de France&#8217;, Xavier de Toulouse.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-50317\" src=\"https:\/\/jeanleon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Nuevo-proyecto-2-1-850x540.jpg\" alt=\"Wine&amp;Meat Bar by Jean Leon\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is also the <strong>Josper area<\/strong> with the grill as the real protagonist in which vegetables and noble cuts of Txogitxu beef, Wagyu beef or organic Cal Tom\u00e0s beef are cooked. There are also options for pork lovers, with a great selection of Iberian pork from the Joselito brand.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And the third space is the <strong>Wine Bar<\/strong>. This is where visitors have an authentic wine experience. The area in which the Pened\u00e9s is spoken of through all <a href=\"https:\/\/jeanleon.com\/en\/wines\/\">our wines<\/a>. From the younger 3055 range, through experimental wines, to Single Vineyard wines such as Jean Leon Vinya Le Havre, Vinya Gigi, Vinya Palau or Vinya La Scala.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The interior design has been carried out by Rosa Colet Studio, who has managed to create a <strong>100% Jean Leon<\/strong> experience in this privileged environment.
